Yes, overall, I had a great experience ordering dolls from the website. Nothing in life goes wrong, but the professional staff here really went the extra 50k uphill and downhill. It took 3 weeks from production to delivery. When it arrived, I was impressed with the packaging. The entire box was sturdy Styrofoam and her head was placed in a plastic tray with spacers to keep her head stable and secure. Even in a simple cardboard box she was well protected.
