Yes, the customer service was really helpful and great. At first, everything was clear, well laid out and running smoothly. The website was easy to navigate and looked great. The information was easy to find and the puppet accessories were clear to me – I didn’t have a lot of questions that I couldn’t answer on my own as I navigated, nor did I have to skip options because I didn’t understand them. Overall, it was a good experience.
