Yes, it is recommended. The salesperson stayed with me and answered every question I had as much as possible. I thought it might be a loss, but it turned out to be one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. It is hard for me to put into words how professional and intelligent they were. I’m sure anyone who reads that title will immediately associate it with a negative customer service experience. They either don’t care, don’t know, or just don’t bother to deal with your problem. My experience has been just the opposite.
