Yes, I highly recommend. The review I saw on Google described exactly the process I went through in trying to contact customer service. The delivery itself was fine. The doll arrived on time. The box was a little damaged, but the packaging of the doll was well protected. Before sending it to me, they inspected the doll to make sure everything was in order. As a first time buyer, it was nice to know that they were able to find and fix any issues.
