Yes, first class service and a great product at a great price. Customer service was outstanding. I requested a major change before shipping. They agreed and did an excellent job. This is one of the few dolls I own that looks as good as the unboxing photos. The makeup is great and the slim figure is perfect for the overall look. Service and products are A+.
