Yes, quality and customer service are 5 stars. The model looks exactly like the picture and came much faster than expected. Customer service was fantastic. The salesperson was a real sweetheart. She sets the bar for customer service; great communication, great attention to needs. I was kept up to date on the production and shipping process and overall I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of the product.
